Returns will be considered from our Customers provided the following guidelines are met;
The Customer must contact our Customer Service department within 14 days of the delivery. The goods must be in good order and have the membership/customer details on the outside of the carton.
All items must be returned via registered post.
To make a return please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and a return delivery address will be issued in response.
Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Sirromet, the membership/customer’s account will be credited. Online returns are unable to be processed through any other retail outlet/s or Sirromet Cellar Door.
